 Weekly on Mondays 10am – 5pm from 17 Apr to 3 Jul 2023

It is suitable for beginner to intermediate level in painting and for returning painters who have been away from painting and artists from other disciplines looking to change or discover painting. Amongst other things this course, with ten week per term, covers materials beginning with surfaces, from traditional canvas and wood panels to newer materials such as aluminium and linoleum, moving through a range of types of paint including oil, acrylic, watercolour and the mediums  and additives available for each, both traditional and recent developments and as it says on the title delves into methods and idea development.
